Actions Section

The "Actions" section is crucial for daily management. Here, you will focus on several key areas:

Incomplete Bookings

Incomplete bookings are hot leads where a customer has started but not completed a booking. These are available in your prospecting tool for allocation to your team. As a manager:

  1. Click on "Incomplete Bookings" to view incomplete bookings.
  2. Allocate these leads to your team members.
  3. Follow up with the customer to complete the booking via phone or email.

Unallocated Prospects

Managers can view and allocate unallocated prospects:

  1. Click on "Unallocated Prospects" to view unallocated prospects.
  2. Distribute these prospects among your team members for follow-up.

Uncontacted Prospects

Sales executives can view uncontacted prospects:

  1. Click on "Uncontacted Prospects" to see prospects assigned to you.
  2. Follow up with these prospects using the prospecting tool.

Appointments Without an Outcome

This section is for completed appointments that lack an outcome:

  1. Click on "Outcome Required" to view these appointments.
  2. Set the outcome (sale, lost sale, no show, etc.) by clicking on the appointment and selecting the appropriate status.
  3. Ensure all analytics are up to date by setting outcomes for all relevant appointments.

Sales League Table

The sales league table provides detailed insights by salesperson, including:

  • Number of allocated prospects
  • Percentage of contacted prospects
  • Booked appointments
  • Qualification call percentages
  • Show rates for each salesperson
  • Completed appointments
  • Number of sales
  • Outcomes required

This table tells a comprehensive story of each salesperson’s performance.

Exporting Reports

You can export reports for further analysis or presentation:

  • Export the entire report as a PDF.
  • Export the sales league table as a CSV or PDF.

Conclusion

By following this guide, you can effectively manage and analyze the performance of your events on Halo. Use these tools to ensure all leads are followed up, appointments are updated, and sales performance is accurately tracked.
