Using Filters in the Calendar View

HALO offers several handy filters at the top of the calendar view page:

View Options

• Day View: See all booked appointments for the entire team on a specific day.
• List View: View all appointments for all days in a list format.
• Single Day View: Focus on appointments for one day at a time.
• Salesperson View: Filter to see the schedule for each salesperson individually.

Available Appointments

• Team Availability: View available appointment slots for the entire team.
• Individual Availability: Select a specific team member to see their available appointment slots.

Event-Specific Filters

• Full Event View: Check availability or appointments for the whole event for any team member or the entire team.

Confirmation Requirements

• Pending Confirmations: See which confirmation kits or letters need to be sent out to customers to confirm their appointments.

Qualification Calls

• Pending Qualifications: Identify which qualification calls are required before the event to ensure a smooth appointment. View counts for the entire team or individual team members.

Appointment Outcomes

• Pending Outcomes: After an event or appointment, use filters to check which appointments need outcomes recorded. This ensures the appointment's success is logged and analytics are updated.

Exporting Calendar Data

HALO provides an easy export feature for sharing calendar data:

1. Export Calendar: Click on the export button to generate a printable version of your calendar.
2. Filter Data: Before exporting, apply filters to customise the data you want to include in the export.
3. Export Formats: Choose between CSV or PDF formats for easy access and distribution.
