You can request a new password reset from https://app.haloauto.io/forgot-password.

Enter your email address and click Send Password Reset Link. Halo will automatically send a password reset email. If you're requesting a password for one of your team members, just enter their email address instead of your own.
If you receive the error, "We can't find a user with that email address." please contact support@haloauto.io to request we make an account for you. If you need a Dealer Manager account, please CC in an existing Dealer Manager on Halo for authorisation.
