This occurs when a password reset email has expired, which occurs 24 hours after the email has been sent. You can request a new password reset from https://app.haloauto.io/forgot-password.


Enter your email address and click Send Password Reset Link. Halo will automatically send you another password reset email. 


Please use the link in this email to reset your password.
