This guide provides step-by-step instructions for customers booking an appointment.
1. Select Models
- Interest Inquiry: Customers will first indicate if they are interested in a new car, a used car, or if they are unsure.
- Vehicle Selection: Customers can select the vehicles they are interested in. Featured models are displayed at the top, with the full range listed below. Customers can select and deselect multiple vehicles before proceeding.
2. Choose Appointment
- Date and Time: Customers will choose a date and time for their appointment. For example, selecting Sunday at 12:00.
- Salesperson Availability: Customers can view available and unavailable salespeople for the selected date and time. Choosing "no preference" will randomly assign an available salesperson.
3. Part Exchange
- Guest Information: Customers will indicate if they are bringing a guest. If yes, they will be asked if the guest is also interested in buying a car.
- Part Exchange Details: If applicable, customers will provide details of their part exchange, including registration, model, and mileage. They must confirm their consent to obtain a settlement figure for the part exchange before proceeding.
4. Contact Details
- Contact Details: Customers will fill in or confirm their contact details. If they have received marketing from Halo, this information will be auto-filled.
- Confirmation: Customers will review and confirm the details of their appointment, including:
- Selected models
- Date and time of the appointment
- Assigned salesperson
- Guests attending
- Part exchange details
- Customer contact information
5. Review & Confirm
- Amendments: Customers can amend any details by selecting the appropriate fields.
- Booking Confirmation: Once satisfied, customers hit "confirm" to book the appointment directly into the dealership’s diary.
- Email Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirming all appointment details, with options to easily add the appointment to their calendar.
